STOP. Collaborate And Listen

UX Designer | Deep-Diving Problem-Solver

Hi there! I’m Nicole. Thanks for making your way to my page!

Let me tell you a little story about myself

I came from a successful background in retail Merchandise Planning, with a side of Digital Project Management. Solving problems through data analysis, customer research and observations, and competitor analysis were my daily jam.

I’ve always found the most satisfaction in interacting and building relationships with people from all parts of a business regardless of their title or responsibilities. That, and figuring out problems. No problem is too little or too big to take on and I find that tackling a problem together with another person, or even better, with a team of different skills put together consistently delivers better outcomes.

So with my penchant for people and problem solving, it was a natural progression to make the leap into UX Design where I apply these passions and skills everyday to affect positive outcomes for organisations and their users (read: people, humans) on a broader scale.

I thrive in a fast and dynamic environment, just as I did in the fast-paced world of retail where I was constantly generating and adjusting solutions to meet user and business needs.

In my current role as Senior Experience Designer I thrive working in cross-functional teams where I can bring people with varying skillsets together to achieve solid outcomes and digital experiences for our users.

Let’s collaborate! Connect with me and we can make a plan to solve some problems and to make meaningful contributions to the world by improving someone’s experience.

Good designers never start by trying to solve the problem given to them: they start by trying to understand what the real issues are.
